Experience:
District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year K-12 teaching experience up to 20 years.

Salary:
The minimum starting pay is $47,004/year and the maximum salary is $76,260/year.
Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
Interviews are site-based and not conducted by the Human Resources office.

Qualifications and Expectations:
BA/BS from accredited college or university Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment:
Secondary Science OR a valid CO licensed endorsed in another area AND passing exam scores on the PRAXIS II - exam #10435 or 5435 only OR a valid CO license endorsed in another area and 24 or more semester hours in Science - HR to review transcripts and make determination OR a valid CO license endorsed in another area and a BA/BS or higher major in Science - HR to review transcripts and make determination See attached job description for details about this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
