Hourly Reading/ GT Tutor

School District 49 is actively seeking a Hourly Reading Tutor at Stetson Elementry School.

Reports to: Principal
Hourly rate of pay: $20.00 per hour
Full-time or Part-time: Part-time, 5 hours 4 days per week
Benefits: No Benefits available
Part-time, school year, working approximately 20 hours per week on school days. Benefits are not available. Flat rate of pay of $20.00 per hour. This position will begin in the 18/19 school year - August 2018.
Preferred requirement: current valid CO teaching license. Will consider an expired initial or professional teaching license or those with a 5 year sub authorization
SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting classroom teachers by providing instructional support and assistance in meeting the educational needs of students.
Interviews are site-based and not conducted by the Human Resources office.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
