School District 49, the fastest growing district in the Pikes Peak Region, is seeking a Coordinator of Gifted Education. As one of five strategic priorities, District 49 commits to provide individualized educational experiences that launch every student toward success. Our district hosts 23 exceptional schools and programs within four distinct innovation zones, providing preK-12-aligned curriculum, online and alternative programming and homeschool enrichment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
